Lilly and Madeline (cat)

This is Riverside Church where the girls and I attended on Sunday. The inside was beautiful. Lots of stained glass. Very high ceilings. Chandelier-like lights hanging down from the ceilings. Great diversity among worshippers. We saw our first homeless man asleep against the building. They have an extensive social services program that interested Serena. They are United Church of Christ and Serena likes their theology but the service was more traditional than she would prefer.

After a few days of weird behavior (head tilting, arched back and flicking tail) and a lot of worry, Madeline seems to have returned to normal. She likes to sit in the windowsill and is always finding new places to sleep.

We are all loving the tub. The girls from Serena's work gave Lilly some lavendar bath soap and it makes LOTS of bubbles. The tub is easily big enough for all three kids to play in together.
