Katie, Lilly, and I went back to get the uniform shirts for Abby. This time we had a better idea where we were going and very carefully checked mapquest and wrote down the street names we should pass. It was still a long walk but not scary this time. We go from 121 down Amsterdam to 125. Then over to Fredrick Douglas and turn left. The uniform store is on the 200 block of 125. We went on down Fredrick
Douglas to 115 and went to a new library. This one is nicer than the one by our house and had a specific book Serena wanted. We passed this neat statue of Harriet Tubman. Morningside Park prevents us from just walking down Amsterdam to 115th.
On the way back home we stopped to rest our legs on the rock wall that surrounds Abby's school.
