Serena was disappointed that we are not allowed to have a live tree in our building. (How we would have gotten it to our 5th floor apartment is quite a challenge, I'll admit, though). We had to walk past the row of live ones for sale on our way to buy our artificial one. There were even trees with long needles. The branches are so soft.We decided on a green one that was about Katie's height.
Everyone helped assemble it when we got home.
