With mixed feelings :) we said good bye to New York City.
Following tradition we had an ice cream party before we left. Our first blog entry I believe was of our party before leaving Illinois.You notice we are wearing winter coats instead of swim suits.
Carrying the dog out one last time. Something Kevin says he won't miss at all!
Serena carrying Maddie. Daniel and Tiger are in the kennel. Maddie fought so badly that she got carried to the van.
The whole trip I kept thinking of the book "Dog is my co-pilot." Maddie especially wanted to stay right by Kevin as he drove. If she wasn't on the dashboard she was laying right behind his shoulder. Don't worry we didn't let the cats stay on the dashboard while he was driving.
The girls get settled in for a long ride.
